It took 10 calendar days from the date they received my earmolds, and there was a little delay on mine since my bank thought it was a fraudulent charge when they tried to charge my debit card. EDIT - FYI, I used 2-day shipping.

Just received my JH13's today. Listening to them using my iPod as I type this - damn, they sound good.

Congrats on the house! Keep us posted on how you like it - I've been thinking of getting one as I face the inevitability of needing to move my speakers into the living room.

The alternator was completely unexpected. The timing belt was getting close to it so I just decided to have it done while they're doing the work on the car. The belt wasn't cheap here either, but I got it bit cheaper on labor since they were already doing stuff on the car.

Alternator, timing belt, water pump, etc. and labor to install them. Not exactly expected expenses.

Dude, that sucks. I hope you'll be out of there soon, if you haven't already. As for what I did today, we went out to pick apples and we had ~40 pounds of apples in less than 40 minutes. Got home and, as Stretch has mentioned already, watched Boston teams lose their respective games.

It was quick and painless. I gave the audiologist the tip sheet from JH Audio and she read it over before explaining the impression process for me. I didn't specifically clean my ears beforehand, but I regularly irrigate my ears with warm water so I wasn't too concerned. According to my audiologist, I have pretty straight ear canals, though looking at the impressions, they don't look all that straight to me.

I can't believe I didn't think of that one. Maybe I'll have it added later on.

No custom art for me either - I couldn't come up with anything I liked.

Nice! My appointment's today - now I'm just impatiently waiting until I can leave work.

Speakers for me if I'm home, it's when I'm out Etys come out or for late night listening (waay too much ambient noise for me with the combination of cats, whole house air filter, and woods outside).

So when are you doing to start modding it? Also, how does it compare to the Hertsens?

We'll just cry, then some folks will sell their other kidney. Personally, after re-acquiring decent headphone rigs, I remembered precisely why I ended up selling my headphone gears in the past - I was listening to music either through my speakers or via Etys, with regular headphones getting virtually no time.
