Here's the oldest pic I can find, back in June of 2004. MS-Pro w/ RA-1. The source was one of those FOTM Toshiba DVD player. My first real headphones were SR-80, purchased in early 2004, plugged into a Rio mp3 player. Before that, I was using stock earbuds out of a cassette Walkman or a Discman. EDIT - oops, the pic was larger than I thought. Replaced with something more sane.

For me, they built a new right earpiece, but I had to send in a new impression for my right ear (which apparently wasn't done properly initially). They shipped the new earpiece ~2 days after they received the new impression.
