I've been wanting to take the camera out and about but the weather around here hasn't cooperated of late, and when it's been nice enough, I've been stuck inside for one reason or another.

I had hurt my left should couple of days ago doing who knows what and as a result, I hadn't done any rowing. With the shoulder feeling a lot better today, I just tried to use the rowing machine and predictably, worsened my shoulder.
