  1. Finished prepping the raised beds for planting. I'm tired as hell but I'd forgotten how much I enjoy gardening (but not yard work).
  2. It's about 75 here. I was sweating like a pig just a little while ago.
  3. One of my favorites. I also like the Japanese remake (I think the remake was just for TV, though).
  4. Yeah, 50 f/1.4 is on my wishlist as well, though there are supposedly some reliability issues with focusing mechanism (reports of early deaths). May just grab a 50 f/1.8 even though it really felt like a toy when I was at a (semi)local shop couple of days ago.
  5. Spent the last two hours raking the leaves from last season that snow covered up before I got to them. Now time to go finish up setting up the raised beds.
  6. Cool. After playing around with EF 35mm f/2 and wife's EF 28-135, I've thus far much preferred using the 35mm. Now I'm lusting after 85 f/1.8 after hearing many good things about it.
  7. Landscape fabric and more compost. About halfway done with getting different types of compost.
  8. Nice! It's cool that you can still use your old lenses (something my step-father can't do with his old Canon FD mounts). Did you buy more lenses?
  9. Graphite lubricant and set of ball head hex wrenches.
  10. Sorry dude, I gotta keep it till PayPal/eBay claim is resolved and still may need to send it back to get anything back from PayPal.
  11. An authentic Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home. Inspecting the real one and the counterfeit, there are subtle differences between the bags.
  12. Congrats, Chris! That reminds me, I really gotta get off my lazy ass and complete my citizenship application.
  13. Panasonic intros Lumix DMC-ZS5 and DMC-ZS7 with manual controls and GPS | Digital Camera Resource Page News
  14. Paul Simon - The Rhythm Of The Saints
  15. Weren't you going to line up at a local BestBuy just in case anyways?
