  1. My RBs have scored a total of 2 points in the first half. I think this perfectly illustrates how my season has gone thus far. EDIT - Am I missing something or did Roethlisberger score a rushing TD I don't know about?
  2. Pats vs. Chargers. The worst offensive game I've seen in a long while.
  3. Agreed and I understand that in university/school setting it wouldn't be a good thing. I was mostly interested from purely a technical stand point.
  4. Can legal folks here clarify this for me - breaking of EULA (which is where Apple states you can only install OSX on Apple computers) is a breaking of a contract, not a law, correct?
  5. Homemade biscotti from my mom. She's not helping my effort to lose my weight.
  6. You could buy a brothel. Though I suspect a brothel would cost a good deal more than $4500.
  7. ^ Did you mean to link a different video? It's about a dog from Ukraine, not anything from Japan.
  8. I've stopped using the player as it kept getting my machine stuck in pinwheel of death on intermittent basis even when I was only adding an album or two at a time. It may just be my machines but I'll just go back to using Cog/iTunes.
  9. 180,000 JPY in 1993. I don't know how much that is in today's money. If no one else gets to it, I'll see about it (even if just the main points).
  10. Drove into Boston to see my brother at his swim meet. We managed to get stuck in traffic both on the way (BC football game) and way back (folk getting ready for Head of the Charles). No offense meant to any swimmers our there, but swim meet has got to be one of the most boring sports to go watch (except, of course, when your sibling/relative/friend/etc. is actually swimming). It also lasted a lot longer than we expected so we shelved the plan to walk around Boston afterward (i.e., no walk-around photo of Boston for me) and just came home.
  11. ^ The show terrifies me. One episode I saw found couple of dead cats amongst the mess - they estimated one of the dead cats has been dead for at least 10 years.
  12. Hmm, maybe I'll try uploading my library again before I go to bed tonight. Right now, I keep adding whatever I want to listen (and removing what I was listening before).
  13. Fell asleep watching Yankees vs Rangers (right after Rangers went up 5-1) on my couch with my neck in an odd position. I woke with neck pain at 2.30am and been up since. Now my daughter is up as well so I'll be going the rest of the day with not enough sleep.
  14. This is what I get for actually watching commercials on cable/FiOS.
  15. I have not used it, but when I handled my friend's NEX-5, I was impressed with the build quality. One of the criticisms of NEX-3/5 was the user interface though it appears the latest firmware update has made large improvement. One issue I can see with going with NEX-5 is that it's pancake lens (16mm f/2.8 ) results in the focal length equivalent to 24mm on a 35mm camera, which is heck of a lot wider than going with GF1 and its pancake.
  16. I considered GF1 or the Olympus model when I was in market for an interchangeable lens camera. My main problem with them was that as soon as you began using non-pancake lenses, it basically lost (for me), the only advantage it held over SLR's - size/pocketability. Of course, if you're just going to use the pancake, this won't be a problem. Personally, I'm curious about the LX5. I wish it wasn't so expensive as I need to replace our small Canon.
  17. I was contemplating about AppleTV as old PS3 Netflix interface was a big pile of fail that was painful to use.
  18. Slingshot Flying Monkey - The Ultimate Office Toy!
