Starting off the day by accidentally drinking NyQuil instead of DayQuil. How I mistook the dark green of NyQuil for the bright orange of DayQuil is beyond me.

The addition of hot shoe is nice, though, methinks. The reason I still want a G-series as a second camera - not exactly pocketable, but still small enough to fit in most of my pants/jacket pocket (along with a flash in a separate pocket, if need be).

Finally got around to putting up lights and ornaments on our tree. Definitely needed another string of lights, but I'm not ordering another one at this point. Also have been contemplating bashing my right knee with a sledgehammer as it's been acting up most of the day and it's been steadily getting worse. Hopefully, it'll let me sleep.

Just finished writing and addressing bunch of holiday cards. I also gave myself a paper cut on my tongue licking the envelopes.

Good luck. I've been thinking of similar things, though I'm a SpEd teacher in a school for kids with severe disabilities so my job security is bit better (not pay though since I work at a year-round school and get less time off than if I were in public system). My problem is that I'd need to go back to school/training for any career change and I really can't afford to do that in this economy, especially given my relative job security.

I kind of want one. One of less quirky/weird Hamilton watches? I've got couple of Hamilton Khakis (Field and Field Officer, IIRC) and they've gone through a lot without any issues. They're not that heavy (at least for me), and I suspect quartz movement ones will be lighter than mine, which are hand winding models. They're not exactly cheap, though.

What happened to your sense of adventure?
