Granted I also have an iMac, but I cannot remember the last time I used the DVD drive on my MacBook.

I've used steamers several times in the past with good results, better than just scrapers/scourers. One thing to remember is that they can get bit messy, with steam/water along with glue from the wallpapers.

Just came back from an appointment to check out the ongoing pain in my left wrist, which turned out to be a tendinitis. Now I have to wear this temporary cast for next 10 days to limit the movement of my thumb/wrist to see if that would improve the pain. If not, I'll have to go in for an orthopedic appointment.

5DIII announcement may still come - WPPI is later this month after all. I doubt mirrorless camera will be anytime soon. If/when they do come out with one, I'd hope they come out at the same time with decent selections of lenses dedicated to the system, unlike the other mirrorless systems we have now.

You should probably start buying backup knives, just in case you misplace your current knives.

Along with those flashes, Canon announced some more new items (T3i/600D, T3/1100D, couple of new lenses). I have no use for any of them, but 200-400/4L with built in 1.4 extender looks neat.

Didn't know they had bodies for rent. Bad thing to know. I'll probably be rentIng one permutation of 70-200 for the family vacation in October - assuming I don't break down and buy one before then.

Assuming you didn't have it delivered using FedEx Home Delivery, which I'm assuming isn't the case since you had it sent to your work, it should be delivered on Monday. Only FedEx service that doesn't deliver on Monday is the Home Delivery, which delivers on Tue-Sat.

Just heard the forecast for the weekend - 5-8 inches on Saturday. I'll be raking my roof again on Friday.

This and I thought they'd start doing it sooner than now. As for the unlimited data thing, I haven't even come close to going over the 2gb limit on my iPhone. My bet is Verizon will pull the unlimited data plan before iPhone 5 (or whatever) comes out.
