  6. I arrived at the same conclusion. Other than french Press, the pour over is my favorite. The Aeropress is versitile but leans towards the acidic side for me. That said, I still use it regularly. I'd love to get into espresso, but kitchen counter space and cost to get it right keeps me from going down that road.
  7. RIP Terry

  11. We caught this on one of those critter cams last week. I slowed it down to 10%. The mouse is seen wondering around prior to this video. Nature is indeed brutal. owl slo mo.mp4

  16. @HiWire Thanks for your impressions. They caused me to try the deluxe pads, and as you stated, it improved the hp-2s in the areas you pointed out. The flats are going into a zip lock bag for the foreseeable future.
  17. Not only that but if you're a daily drinker it gets old fast. Tmoney's rec is probably the best bang for your buck option.
  18. HemiSam, You could look at hand grinders since kitchen space is a concern.
  19. RIP Neil Peart ?
  20. I use the Fellow Stagg kettle. I brew right over a cup, but that carafe looks good. Hmm, may get one myself.
  21. Do you have a gooseneck kettle?
  22. I've had the Aero for a couple of weeks. I enjoy it for a relatively quick cup but pour over (Kalita 185) just tastes better to me. I found some tasty methods recently from this (recipes at the bottom) Linkey
  23. Happy Birthday!
