  10. It's essential to me. And the vacuum method is the only thing that I've tried that works sufficiently.
  11. The second one looks the most natural to me. The others look more colorful but a bit excessive and unnatural.
  12. Mozart K.466 and K.491 Alfred Brendel - Piano Academy of St. Martin in the fields Neville Marriner vinyl
  13. Beethoven - Symphony No.3 Sir Georg Solti (Chicago Symphony Orchestra) The one on the right. Don't have the one on the left, but it's the only pic on the web I could find vinyl
  14. It is amazing. I felt funny being bothered by the fact that goodwill and the like went from $1 to $2 per record. That's DOUBLE - what a rip off - It is laughable how cheap they are considering that many of the LPs I picked up are among the best sounding that I have - even bettering many of the $30-50 high end pressings.
  15. John McLaughlin - My Goals Beyond vinyl
  16. LOL I could definitely see this coming after your "resist technology" post.
  17. That spacebook is crazy!
  18. I realize it isn't the SNF. Nelson is too classy for that. It's just the first thing that came to mind when I saw the F1 in person years ago and each time I see it for some reason - - Just a stupid antipodal post by me is all. I'd agree, it looks art deco more than anything.
  19. Actually, it may be me just not being used to seeing them used before. It looked like a lady was staring and a thin cutting board. It will probably be very normal before too long I'm sure.
  20. Agreed - Just like the title of the his song "So What?" A dude from Monster's IEM design team brought a prototype to the meet in San Jose a couple of years ago and had a few of us listen. I assume it became the Monster Turbine. It sounded pretty horrible, but I don't know what they did with our feedback.
  21. Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 3 in C Minor Piano Sonata E Flat Major 'Les Adieux' Vladimir Ashkenazy The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Sir Georg Solti London Records vinyl
  22. Same font?
  23. My turntable is out of storage and set up again Andres Segovia - My Favorite Spanish Encores vinyl
  24. Might be an alignment issue unless you are talking about used records. The idea being that many of the times records get put on but not finished.? So, more wear on the outer part of the record.
