  1. That being England, was there a Plan B? Regardless, good luck!
  2. Happy Birthday Justin!
  3. All of the above, glad it was found and treated; good not to ignore it!
  4. RIP Mr. Steed....
  5. Good luck CJ & Julie, glad it was caught now.....as others said/implied, better than later!
  6. I was referring to the "4 times a year for 9 years" line. I imagine over 20 years they and other companies have changed the pesticide..... But who knows, roaches are great grandchildren of the devil so maybe they DO adapt...... (EDIT: not that being related to the devil means faster adaptation....I just needed something stupidly profound to say about roaches)
  7. He planted the roach....I know it! Obviously, no bug expert, but I don't think that kind of resistance can be built up that quickly. I think it'd need to be a much larger scale & population.....
  8. RIP James Horner and Dick Van Patten. And RIP to the inventor of the plastic pink flamingo, Don Featherstone.... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  9. Happy Fathers Day to all dads! Celebrating at my dad's, good time with family and friends
  10. Happy Birthday!
  11. Or, Post-Corn Hole biscuit.....
  12. Nate, up until last year I never realized there was a game called that.....my reaction was similar when I heard it referenced.
  13. Great stuff! Is it too early in the relationship to ask if she makes biscuits? Glad you had a good time!
  14. ^^ Gene said it. My heart wanted Tampa Bay, but my brain felt it was going to be Chicago. Congrats on another great cup win!
  15. Took Andrew driving (he got his learner's permit a couple weeks ago), 3rd time and first in some minor traffic (side roads and grocery store parking lot). He's done alright on smaller, empty parking lot driving. This was pretty good, too....
  16. Indeed, this. And thumbs up for some nice pics Nate, though thumbs down to a failed test.....
  17. RIP to two greats from different parts of the entertainment tracks....
  18. Bummer, sorry to hear Chris, but as you say, better to have found them now.....
  19. Chicago toughs it out. Tampa sat back too much in the third, only turning it on the last few minutes. Some VERY exciting play there! Best of 3 now.....
  20. Such beautiful words! RIP to one man's best friend.... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  21. Each team has been good about bouncing back. I think a lot will depend on how Oduya is doing for the next game, though. Those D are putting in HUGE minutes!

    Deals

PS Audio Sprout At Massdrop Basically down to $499 + shipping, assuming enough people commit to buy (if they haven't already). Nice small many-things-in-one, includes phono input/pre. Didn't love their Kickstarter program (being a well-established company already), and obviously they made a lot more than they can sell at $799 price point. But for $500 I decided to bite....might be nice to give to Andrew or use in a spare room.
  23. Nice tear, Doug! Had to finish on a mellower note?
  24. I heard it's Bishop's knee. TBD on if he comes back for next game. Wouldn't mind Vas pulling a Ken Dryden on the series..... Oh, and Shaw apparently bit Hedman in one of the scrums in game 1.
