  1. Very Happy Birthday Antonio!
  2. Steve, I have found your advice quite worthy.....I think in some sense you have a "wisdom of objectivity" along with a good sense of people.....
  3. I had no idea what the Eitr really was until I checked the Schiit site. Looks a bit interesting. But seriously, on the company's web page, they say it's pronounced like "eater." Did they really just come out with a Shit-Eater?
  4. Looks great Iain....but where's the beer holder?
  5. Wishing for the best, but fearing the worst from what I have read about this type of cancer. Good luck.....
  6. RIP Chester Bennington....my son just told me he was very friendly with Chris Cornell, and today is actually CC's birthday....
  7. This.....RIP......
  8. RIP to a great one. Though I hope he stays down..... I remember scaring the shit out of several ladies at college who we met at a midnight showing of Dawn Of The Dead. Shadows and groans on the dorm stairs does a lot to someone after that movie....
  9. That's awesome Iain, good luck. Can't help but be reminded of one of my son's favorite videos when he was about 6 or 7......
  10. Happy Birthday!
  11. Great news, Jacob, may that trend continue!
  12. Happy Birthday!!
  13. The pics look awesome! Congrat, hope inspection goes well!
  14. Happy Birthday!!
  15. Happy Birthday!!
  16. Agree with Jacob. Provider-dependent, but I seem to recall a commercial that mentioned 30Gig in a month (all lines combined) is the threshold for throttling, pretty sure it was either AT&T or Verizon.
  17. Happy Birthday!!
  18. Happy Birthday!!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  19. +1 to the good luck wishes! Try to imagine a scenario where they may be in need of a solution, and propose options.....with the way kids are roaming the interwebz, I'm sure network security and malware are a big to-do.....
  20. Happy Birthday!!
  21. Happy Birthday!!! And Father's Day too! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  22. Had a graduation party yesterday for Andrew, a good chunk of the family came. Karen and I had most of it catered, and the result was quite stress-free for us, allowing us to enjoy family. Also found out that my dad - 82 years old - just fully retired this past week from his dentistry practice! My dad and oldest brother Scott, and Andrew & me:
  23. RIP.....looked him up on IMDB, never realized how much TV work he'd done......
  24. Other things, maybe even ask your dad. How old is the community, and how bad are the monthly condo fees? This can play into maintenance costs, one-time assessments for large projects if they are about to come due, etc. Also, the board/group that governs (forgot the dang name), are there politics going on that suck? I've seen some unhappy people in a condo complex where I lived, because they couldn't stand someone on the committee. It influenced a couple decisions, though ti couldn't really be proven.
