my fedex tracking number now says delivery on the 23rd by 3pm...but there hasn't been any movement yet... luckily, i'm not at all anxious...

got my fedex tracking # from at&t premier...it said free overnight shipping when i ordered it...so i figure it's either gonna show up tomorrow or they're playing by apple's rules & stalling the packages on purpose for delivery on the 24th... the number isn't trackable yet...

fwiw, friend of mine received tracking info on hers yesterday...she ordered through apple...last she checked, it's in hong kong... am about to check my at&t premier order status...

way it stands atm, Top Gear should be back the 27th...but they haven't announced past that...i'm pumped to have it back 'round the same time as Futurama...full of win...

oh well...gives me a reason to open mine:)...finally listened to a pair at CanJam & was most pleased...they're not my favorite Grados, but for the price they're very, very impressive...

i waited over a week...but they just sounded too good at CanJam...i'm on the list... i was thinking of an amp to go with 'em...the Stacker II & Zana Deux immediately came to mind...it's great to find out that both of those combos have been tried as i forgot to do so... so...do they come in a fancy presentation box?...i'm a sucker for a fancy presentation box...

A note on Paradox Best Before Dates seems to suggest that, yes... this is batch 008...best before 06/06...i think it's had 'nuf...& if i were to age it, i'd get all the paradox varieties & wait for a special occasion...

hope the Brew Dog's decent as it was damned expensive...went with the Islay...Bowmore 1987... had to find a suitable glass for the Pilsner...if I really wanted to show off, I'd put my Rado back on...it just had an ultrasonic cleaning:D...

oh...& i'm convinced sam adams hallertau imperial pilsner is the best thing they've ever done (except for those nifty new pint glasses) if you can handle the intense hops...

no, Saturday night I took the el then a bus to the Hop Leaf...I intended to hit the Map Room after, but I didn't think I could trust my navigational skills:)...I really enjoyed trying something from Surly finally as, for whatever reason, it cannot be found in Indiana... I hit FFF briefly, but they semi-secretly bring Dark Lord to a local outdoor beer festival...most of their other brews can be found year round in Indy... too bad we didn't knowingly run into eachother...looking forward to next time...Map Room is cash only, right?...

^^there's a place here that typically has bittersweet lenny on tap at a steal...good stuff...i noticed it was twice the price & only available in bottles in chicago...
