went to Haymarket Pub & Brewery earlier in the week with my brother... we had FFF Dreadnaught, Bruery Mischief, Bear Republic Hop Rod Rye, Victory Hop Devil, Smuttynose Homunculus (!!!), Lost Abbey Devotion, Haymarket Angry Birds Belgian Rye IPA, Mathias III IPA & Mathias Jr. all on tap...perhaps more?...then Smuttynose Big A IPA from a bottle...then got growlers of one of their Citra hopped IPAs & of their Clare's Right Hook Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine:)... then I went to a tasting & had: Rockmill Brewery Double... Surly Abrasive... Jackie O's Funky South Paw... The Evil Twin Soft Dookie... Olde Hickory Irish Walker... Dark Horse Lambeak Wants Peachy (!!!)... Cigar City Vuja De... then came home & had a: Birrificio Pausa Cafe Tosta from Saluzzo, (Turin) Italy... & a growler of FFF Calumet Queen...

FFF Spazzerack!...Alpha King blended with Robert the Bruce then aged in a Bourbon barrel with anise & orange...40 IBU & 9% ABV--not bad...really didn't think I'd be able to get past the anise, but it works...

Olde Hickory Black Raven Black IPA....plain...would rather drink Stone's Escondidian... Fantôme Saison D'Erezée - Printemps...Fantôme is where to gor for Saisons...they do excellent work & put it in green bottles with cheap labels... & one that I just forgot to mention... Half Acre Big Hugs Imperial Stout...pretty good, but silly that I had to trade for this...not worth the outlay...how many thousands of Imperial Stouts are there now??...
