oooh .... this could be fun.

@ Mike ... Doug is back in Edinburgh, so the quiet nights are over. @ Chris ... wtf, dude? Shaved legs for speed on the bike?
-
Jeff ... Al and Dinny are serving papers to ConEd now. Sorry to hear of that nasty homecoming, hope it is not as bad as it first seemed after getting sorted out. 138V? That IS a bit warm. Maybe you get to see how valid all that $100,000 equipment protection claims on those power conditioners are.
-
Peter ... bravo on the pics! I know what it takes to capture, edit, and post with appropriate comments, and applaud your efforts. Superb people captures, and love the ultra high iso b&w.
-
Birgir ... I just got the fitz flash as well, so join you in a hearty "well done" fitz. As someone else mentioned, your outing is likely much more difficult at your stage in life, and, as with Steve and Shelly, I am proud of you for being yourself, and proud of HC'ers for being the supportive environment we are. I so very much look forward to the next time we are all together, just as long as Tyll leaves the lingere at home.

@ Bryan ... you're toast, bud ... congrats! @ Dan ... opening for pool boys down here, c'mon down. @ Shelly ... boom, shacka, lacka ... love those turbines. @ me ... shutup, already (just voicing what everyone else must be thinking)
-
Steve, thank you for being so honest and trusting all of us enough to bare your soul. Shelly, same to you, girlfriend, and thanks for sticking with what was likely a quite obnoxious drunk as we searched for Al. As the unanimous opinion in this thread states, we don't give a rat's ass about what team you are on, as long as that team includes us as cheer leaders. Thanks to you both for letting us into your inner circles. We won't let you down.

In lower hotel lobby, waiting for son to pick me up for a few day visit. Amazing CanJam, Chicago! Big tip of the hat to the organizers - Jim, Ryan, Bryan, Mike, Chris, and kg. Thank you everyone -see you next year.

Thanks for sharing, posty.

raffy did the Squall ... He's an animal. Second on the Dreadnaught as a Floyds standout.

At SRQ, boarding shortly. Meeting Dinny at ORD, and will repair to nearest bar to await DOTU arrival.
-
Looks a bit like grawk, no? Dan, you carryin' on with Bambi?
-
Unacceptable, Matt. Where is this management you speak of? Names? Addresses? We'll send out the goon squad.
-
I'll let you touch mine, Al ...

Very good shot, reks. I'm proud of you for going to see your dad and other veterans. Did you have to do much in post to rescue those daylight shots at high iso? -
Got same request myself, but had to politely decline. Told him Al and i needed lots of room, made lots of noise, amd that Vicki was the only one who might have space. Was that wrong? I keed .... Suggested he contact ipodbj.

One more for the Bullies. We can have our own little cheering section. Got any extra jerseys, Vicki?

Nice score, jin. Your dad is a good man. Which lenses are they? Using is easy ... point, turn shutter speed/lens aperture till little needle is between + and -, focus, and shoot. -
Nate & Stretch - good times, yesterday, and thanks, Stretch for getting Nate started for CJ. Now, as Al stated, all we need is YOU to do CJ. Nate, that Ecstata is off the charts. The definition of simple elegance, and I'll bet the inside is even moar bettah ... must have pron.

Man the Ford GT gets my heart racing every time. Drool worthy capture, Jeff. -
We are the zoo, Alex. No need to go anywhere.
-
um, yeah, maybe, but whatever you do, don't bring that bad boy to CJ. Shelly - what are you thinking? Don't encourage this madman. He is one Consecration away from climbing a tower and shooting us all. Colin ... please tell us you can't find Consecration in Hoboken. Colin, I love you, man, but you gotta admit, sour beer makes you crazy. See you at CJ!

Greg, Shelly ... I'm with Al on this one. Relax, and count on our hosts to provide the exotic stuff. If KG or Jim don't bowl us over, I will be amazed and surprised. In any case, a BevMo or Total Wine can't be too far away. Relax, loosen up, and enjoy the ride. We'll find a way to get where we need to be.
-
mypass ... you don' wanna sse my pole, I promise. Vicki ... I think that was in Sarasota at the beach bar where the young miss was pushing Jagermeister, and you were buying. In any case, I'm in, and it's a contract. Al & Mike will write up the papers, and an event is in the making.

St. V ... Somehow Prince and "Party Like It's 1999"came to mind. Can we dance to that ... on headphones ... at CJ'10? Maybe at a break of the Michael Arnapol show? It would make me happy, and the troops would be entertained.
