I spoke with my rep there today, and the Marriott online system will not hold group rooms after 5 days before the event, so that's why online stopped working a few days ago. Yes, Tampa has cabs, and you can request a van. Bern's reservations are for 8:30 for 8 people. If more want to go, it will be later, but no prob, and all are welcome. Could even do separate group.
