That is so crazy Brent. My mom used those pans for years and never had a problem but they may have been better quality way back then. I did a quick search and it looks like you're not alone. You should probably report it to the manufacturer. Could be their legal dept is waiting for just one more incident before they start sending out big ass checks as "hush money" (right)! In any case, be careful with that foot burn. Sometimes burns take a long time to heal so if it's bad, it pays to go get it looked at by a "wound" or "burn" doc or nurse. It will almost certainly reduce the time you'll have to hobble around. Hope you feel better soon!

I really found myself rooting for Williams and Force India but once the smoke cleared and I saw that Riccardo had a shot, I couldn't help but grin right along with him! All that technical stuff is super interesting but it always comes down to the human interest for me. The kinda stuff that makes this sport amazing!

It's pretty common to have more than one set of monitors in a control/mixing/mastering room. The idea is to have a main set to adjust the sound just right and alternate speakers to get a "real world" idea of how it will sound. This wouldn't be needed if everybody listened on a great pair of speakers but the majority of the music buying public listen to set ups that have little or no bass and hyped up treble (car stereos, earbuds, laptop and TV speakers). This doesn't mean that the music is tailored to the lowest common denominator, but, you don't want the important stuff to be lost or screeching. This process is called "translation". Actually, those Genelecs are pretty high class for what they're being used for.
