I went the other way. When I upgraded to Yosemite over the summer, I didn't like the changes to iTunes so I reverted to 11.4. It doesn't sync with other devices like 12 but that's okay with me. I won't be installing el cap until Avid (and a few others) get some issues with Pro Tools ironed out. Maybe next summer?

You guys can come over to my pad and pour cee-mint anytime! I'm hoping that Al's retaining wall will be tested this winter! Here's something crazy,.. I was talking to a lady in one of my classes and I said something about scratching my initials in a freshly poured sidewalk. She said a kid on her street did that and the city (San Jose) had to come out, jackhammer it and pour that slab again? WTF!

After years of watching the race going underneath the Etihad bridge at Abu Dabi, I finally searched Etihad to find out what it's all about. I'm loving the second season of Fargo (loved the first season too). The characters are fantastic. 90% are so friggin clueless that it can drive you a little nuts but that's just part of the fun. I wondered why the episodes were an hour 20 min but I think that maybe the show is a full 60 minutes (plus 20 min of non-show)? If you love the Coen Brothers, you'll probably agree with me.

I looks like Sennheiser have some pretty good business minds working for them. They've made some great acquisitions (KH speakers) and have marketed a couple of lines of their microphones really well (not to mention the huge headphone market). To still have the funds to develop a statement product like this during the worst recession to hit the EU is kind of a amazing. I hope Jude gets a pair. He's been kind of a regular at the Bay Area meets lately.

I had a dream I was demoing these. I was picking at one of the inside screens and the whole ear cup fell apart! I crept away. BTW, they reminded me of Voltron's 009/T2 rig. go figure
