I've never been to Europe but my heart sank when I saw the new this morning. What a terrible blow to world culture!

Happy Birthday Jeffy. Hope it's the best one ever!

I went to the Eugene Ballet's production of The Firebird. A modern adaptation set in a dystopian post app future (and you gotta know I loves me some dystopian post app futures). Overall, the performance from the dancers and the sound out of the orchestra pit was very enjoyable. I was stoked!

Every episode of this leaves me wondering if they can keep this level of ,.. whatever you call this, up. Not for children of any age ( but I'm still lovin' every minute!).

Happy Birthday Tyler! Hope it was awesome-ness-ly!

Wow, thanks you guys! Your comments and likes really made my day!

Hey, I see your point! After the excessive number of hours I spent tweaking every little thing, that never occurred to me till you mentioned it.

Very cool Jose! Finished my latest composition. This time I wanted to use plenty of notes,.. and marimbas too! Memories of a care free day at Giffis Sculpture Park in upper state NY.

Apple refreshed the iMac series and it includes an 8 core i9 version with turbo boost up to 5Ghz! Thunderbolt 3, Radian 580, upgradeable ram and 4 or 5k 27inch screens. Gotta say I'm tempted to finally retire my cheese grater! I guess my only "if" is how many years the monitor will last or stay current? But for someone who was going to pull the trigger on a new monitor (like today) it stopped me in my tracks.

Back when I was a driving instructor (only 2 years!) I used to visit various DMV's 3 or 4 times a week. Things have improved for many of them but there has always been a huge difference between locations. Find the best one within a reasonable distance and stick with that one (like G-man and TMoney said). Never go on Mondays, Fridays or the day after a holiday. Since I moved to a town of around 150,000 I hardly have a chance to sit down before I get my business done. Most of the time, there's only 1 or 2 people in line. BTW Part of the reason anything having to do with ID can't be done online is the whole immigration debate and how Homeland Security clamped down of this stuff just when the internet would have taken over the DMV.

RIP the 50 victims of terrorist(s) in Christchurch. It's hard to find words for the darkness the world is heading into.

Made a couple of big decisions today. I'm not running for president in 2020. And I'll marry Kylie Jenner if she insists.

A little more than I need so far but amazingly affordable. I'll do my best to get some pictures of the neighbor but I've only seen her a couple of times when she's not in the car with hubby.

Happy Birthday Nate!

Happy Birthday Craig! Hope it was (and is) a great one!

Excellent! Thanks for the advice Jeff, but I'm not sure I'm looking for a relationship as powerful as "love" with a shovel. Then again, I have to admit that I am slightly motivated to replace my shovel (that's more at home digging shallow graves) after being shamed by the snow shoveling prowess of my red hot neighbor who did twice the work I did in half the time (while wearing spray-on ski pants and a pinky piggy wool hat). Next time, she will be the one who's impressed!
