^ Ya, those are the ones that really suck! I call them BOOH 2 and BOOH 3. Ha!!!

Nice sweep on Meatloaf's back catalog, Jim. Gotta warn you, though. After the original Bat Out of Hell album, it's all downhill.

These kids have some talent! 5 mini guitarists You don't see them until the 17 seconds into it.

x2. Both the NIN album and a pair of Classic with SmartWool. I was quite disappointed with my first pair from Vibram. Actually, I bought a pair for myself and another pair for my g/f, and they pulled a bait and switch on us for BOTH pairs! They were shipped directly from China, but even so, I was going to return them, but VIbram never responded to several emails that I sent, describing the problem. Basically, we didn't get what we ordered. The sizes were right, but in both cases they sent lower priced items. Anyway, I'm over that... this time I've ordered a much smaller size, consistent with the way they suggest you measure your foot in inches as opposed to shoe size (I don't recall doing that last time). Hopefully, this pair will fit better.

Was looking at the pics at the can-am site, and ran across this one! So perfect for a music room side wall or even rear wall if it doesn't vibrare too much. Beer and/or ice cream while searching for the next disc to spin.

One of my favorite words, that cunt word; always gives me a chuckle. Nice to know that Jim has cunt clearance. -
Happy birthday, Mike. Glad you enjoyed the meatloaf and music. That sounds like a good time to me.

I'm in NY and went to the B&H Superstore today. Bought a Canon 17mm tilt/shift lens. This one: My link I'm actually having it shipped to Florida along with a battery grip for my 5DMk2 and a couple of other odds and ends. Saved over $200 in sales tax that way, and it's not like I need it right away. Fabulous looking lens in terms of build quality. Should be fun.

Isn't that the truth! I'm transitioning between #3 and #4 myself. At the moment, I'm 14 weeks into my Santa beard.

I was just flipping through channels and bumped into the boxing channel. They were showing an old fight form 2007. The winner was Butterbean, who then became 58-1-2 in his career. The announcer said, "Well, that's true, but the only guys he's fought are Dusty Trunks, Willie Getup, and Kenny Last." Gave me a slight chuckle.

Nevermind... just got a reply from Andy. -
Me too, on all counts. The pair I won is very red.

Fucking Kansas got beat... sorry, I know I've posted about this before, but it's just now sinking in.

I always thought it was legi, but what do I know? Something I thought Steve would be interested in.

This struck me as kind of odd, especially that part about "restructuring his business' presence" so I just gave Todd a call and actually have him on the phone right now. What he said is that he's presently restructuring his website (a brand new one is coming soon) and that this has been a terribly time consuming process, as in getting up at 5am every morning, etc. But just to be clear, "It's all business as usual at TTJV, and actually it's getting a lot better... with over 100 new products coming on to the new site that weren't on the old site," yada yada. -
Wow! Hats off to VCU for an incredibly well played game. They totally took Kansas out of their game plan in the first half, and then withstood the comeback pressure in the second half. I've never seen Kansas shoot the ball so poorly from the 3 point line (2-22) and the free throw line (15-28). Hats off to Butler as well. Really an incredible story there. Florida had a fantastic season and played a tough game as well, so nothing to be ashamed of there.

Would be cool if Todd can help us out with a group buy. -
Amazing 2nd half against Duke. Seems like they grabbed every rebound and every loose ball. As a Kansas alum, I won't celebrate until we win the national championship. Although it would be quite nice to make it to the Final 4 even if we don't win the whole thing.

I'd be interested in participating in the group buy, at whatever is considered the best deal, once all of that is settled. Thanks for doing the legwork, guys. -
Perfect business, really. Mom pays for the lemons, sugar, cups and ice. She also provides the table and chairs, as well as the pitcher and the big spoon to stir it all together. You don't have to keep regular hours because she'll cover for you when you decide to play cowboys and indians in the cornfield with your friends, and of course she'll clean up the mess at the end of the day. She might even drop a couple extra bucks into the kitty and tell you that there was a long line of customers while you were away. What other business is there with no cost, no worries, no real work, and where you get to keep all of the profits? Oh ya, lots of people think that's possible on the internet...

Just tell them to get the LCD-2, JH13 and maybe some Stax. Otherwise, tell them that you don't have a clue.

Had a fantastic time today in Monte Carlo with some wonderful friends form the company that I serve as a director for. It's 6am and I need to be at the curb in 3 hours for my ride to the airport to head back to Cayman. Probably too late to actually get any sleep without taking the undue risk of not waking up on time. The Russian hookers here are some pretty amazing looking women, and they're all quite fun to chat with. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, I'm not sure which, I simply cannot afford $2k (or more, and Euro at that) to pick one of them up for a full night of fun. But I still had a blast chatting with a couple of them (and a very fine Brazillian as well) for a while until they were able to suss me out as a mere wannabe customer. What a place! It's like something out of a movie, especially when you're with friends and on a good beer buzz.

Hell, if would have known you were hung like a horse, I probably would have given a hummer in Mayberry. First of all, perhaps "repulsed" was the wrong word to use. Maybe "spooked" or "freaked out" would be a more apt description. Not at gayness in general, undefined terms, but at the thought of being personally involved in gay sex in any way, shape or form. For most straight men (my guess would be 75%), it's just not something they would ever seriously consider. Their minds just don't work that way, not any more than they would be interested in having sex with a 90 year old woman, an 8 year old girl or a goat. That doesn't necessarily mean they would be repulsed by an invitation from a gay man. Most straight men would just say 'no thanks' and laugh it off. Of course, some would grab the nearest 2"x4" and start bashing the gay guy's head in for even hinting at it, but they obviously have their own issues.

Don't mean to quibble with a statistic that would probably be impossible to measure, but I would actually be quite surprised if it was anywhere near to that range. My guess is that at least 75% of all males of any age would be repulsed by the thought of having any sort of intimiate contact with another male. Not saying there is anything wrong with it, and I can totally appreciate that it's probably much more common than I'm aware, but not that common, at least in my estimation. Maybe 20-25% I'd believe. Of course, I grew up in the Midwest so perhaps there was an overriding sense of conservatism such that people simply didn't talk about such things. Anyway, I'm not really arguing your point, which I do think is quite valid that youthful experimentation is probably more common than many people are aware.
