The Man Who Hears Color

I know from posts in the Listening thread there are members that still subscribe to B&W's Society of Sound, but it's been many years since it's been discussed and a few since an album has been released I cared much about (to be fair that's coupled with the raise of streaming services). Anyway, my subscription is about to expire and curious if others are still excited about their 24-bit releases?

Sorry to hear Steve. RIP Buggy.

Lately been drifting a bit towards convenience over ultimate fidelity. Would love a single box for the speaker rig and in the most recent Audio Advisor the new Parasound Halo Integrated [pdf] was featured. Checks off a lot needs in a digital & analog rig, but anyone see an obvious weak spot? Need to hear obviously, but hopeful.

Biggest compliment I can give Frank is this might not even be his most beautiful case work.

Which version?

I'm not sure, but compare time-lapse to slo-mo/video. Difference even between video modes.

Neil Young pulls his music from streaming services. Says quality is worse than 8-tracks, AM radio, wax cylinders, etc.
