Wow I underestimated that Sufferfest video. I rode my usual hilly ride today and my legs felt like lead from the get go. Had to cut down the usual 44 miles to 36 which was smart. I could have used a couple of domestiques today with the wind. Where's Mike and JP when I need them?
Did a Sufferfest video today (Fight Club) instead of riding outside. It wasn't as bad as I remember riding a training earlier in the year but it's still nowhere close to riding on the road. These videos used to be unbearably difficult but today I was able to complete the whole video without thinking about tapping out at any point. I was also able to hit a much higher heart rate without giving up - I guess that's progress???
I was being sarcastic, I'm sure it's very possible it's the counter that's 1 degree sloped. In any case, I'm not crazy enough to return my phone just for the level being off.
I'm not familiar with Steel/Ti bike pricing and what's good or not but found this Seven on Paceline. Looks like it might be a good deal for a complete bike.

Jealous! I want a picture with Jens Motherfucking Voight too!
I've ridden low 50s earlier this year with just a summer baselayer and arm warmers. A little chilly but I pulled right off the gun to warm myself up. Bear in mind I like riding in adverse conditions so YMMV.
Damn, I would kill for a 30 mile route I can do locally with 2k+ feet gain. I have to drive 30 mins every weekend to ride 40-44 miles with around 1k climbing around here.
Chris, hope Ben is feeling better.
Anyone here interested in a Russian River jersey made by Canari in medium? It's a 3/4 zip club cut that is very generous in my opinion. Too big for me and I just realized I don't like printed jerseys at all.
$55 shipped and I'll take trades for bike gear particularly tires and cassettes.
I see the seam but I'm more interested about that horizontal flake-looking part. You can't feel it at all so I suspect it's something normal in the carbon layup.
