  1. Oh man, really sorry. You must have incredible shoulders. I'd be bummed if I couldn't bench press (my strongest lift). Hopefully you'll find a replacement.
  2. Butternut squash arancini, then scallops with swiss chard , then grilled baby octopus.
  3. Congrats to the Giants! Good news, Shelley! I hate overhead press. It always made my shoulders hurt. So I stopped it after trying it three times decades ago. I don't think you''ll miss much, other than not having shoulder pain!
  4. FTFY. Not sure what yer doin' there ... great story, tho! 510+16= 526
  5. 343+13=356 Unsuccessfully stalked Anne around the hospital for months. Then our 'psychotic angel' brought us together. Anne had a chronic schizophrenic patient who wanted a new shrink. She sent her my way, and the patient called and called, made appointments, cancelled them, getting crazier and crazier ... requiring me to call Anne with updates regularly. Each phone call became more familiar and friendly, until I finally built up the courage to ask her out. The patient never made it to my office, and never went back to Anne, either ... but she unknowingly helped to bring us together!
  6. Have fun guys, hate to miss you!
  7. I have a friend who is a prof at MSU. Will have to ask him about that.
  8. This. Don't worry Shelly, I'll bet you're a long ways away from losing it!
  9. Do any of you have an XBox or PS3 and still get the Oppo because it's that much better for media playing? Netflix is fine on my Roku. I wonder if it's your bandwidth , either download speed, or network speed? I had problems until I upgraded my network.
  10. Happy Bday, Santa! Approaching 50 as well, so any info is appreciated! My older colleague told me I need to plan something really cool for my 50th. I hope you've planned something really cool!
  11. Don't know much about circuits, but that sure looks purty!
  12. Happy birthday Jim!
  13. German buffet at Mader's in Milwaukee... not quite what Al is doing, but pretty good, nonetheless.
  14. Dinner: ordered in seafood risotto
  15. Thanks Ken! Agree, Colin. The BLT was good, but could have used more B. Although you could pretty much say that about anything with B! BTW, if you need some place to store your sous vide machine during the move, just let me know!
  16. BLT made with local ingredients: brioche bread from Turano bakery, Dreymiller and Kray bacon, heirloom tomatoes, handcut garlic parmesan herb fries, side salad. Sorry, ate half before realizing it was picture worthy. Also not sure why my pics post sideways on tapatalk.
  17. The Arete is SS, you are probably thinking of the Peak.
  18. Boy, their menu looks awesome. I definitely have to get there some time soon.
  19. Man, I'd love to hang with you. Anne has a meeting that night and I will be home with the kids. Do they make a good Shirley Temple?
