  1. I thought about getting a pair of A2's for my dad for his desktop setup. Right now he has a pair of Polk R150's and Sonic T-amp. The A2's would certainly have a smaller footprint. I wonder if they would sound better. The A5's sound a tiny bit boomy but perhaps some isolation pads or rubber feet would help that. Other than that, they sound great and are certainly loud enough for the bedroom tv/ipod setup.
  2. Bought a couple of plane tickets (both work related though) and got a pair of Audioengine A5's in the mail... oh yeah, and did a lot of work. I was going to use the A5's in the office but decided to put them in the bedroom instead.
  3. ^Yep, one of my favorite apps so far.
  4. Having the power of the ipad has got me thinking about a small ipad... I mean ipod touch (can't get an iphone because I don't want to switch to AT&T). Mainly, I really like the ifitness app but don't want to take the ipad into the weight room at the gym. Also, I seem to have lost my Sansa clip so I probably need to get a new player for the gym. I have an ipad classic but it is a little too big for the gym. I think the touch is a bit smaller. Mac rumours says to wait though since it is due for an upgrade soon.

  13. Damn, how did I miss this? If anyone sees an Apple ipad case, could you please purchase it and send it to me, please, pretty please? (I would of course cover the costs of case and shipping and I would love you forever). I keep checking my local store and they are always out when I call. I ordered one from apple.com a week ago but it is not supposed to get here until May 29th.

These = Hattori FH, obviously Greg. Seriously, I guess the FH-6 (Gyuto 210mm, Cutting edge length: 210mm Total Length: 340mm Blade Thickness: 2mm Total Weight: 175g) might be better for me since I am used to a smaller knife.

Looking at knives a couple a weeks ago, I came across these. If you could have just one, would you say FH-6 or FH-8? I do sharpen my CC often - maybe too often.

Also not a fan (of serrated). I cannot get my husband to stop tearing up the meat with serrated knives. I think I should throw them all away at some time. Wish I had better knives in the house.... just a bunch of various Chicago Cutlery Santoku knives mostly. :'( I should look into getting some new ones.
