Mine has a recipe for the Green Paradise: 3/10 green mint, 7/10 soda water. If I ever finish this bottle, I will buy the white. I guess I could brush my teeth with it, that should make it go faster.

What proportions did you use? I accidentally used a 3:1 ratio again. Maybe I should add more cognac.

Jeff, How long are we going to have for each pick? Since I will be doing back to back picks for both leagues, I don't want to take two long and have the computer automatically pick two in a row for me (again).

Have't tried the Sous Vide but IMO nothing beats charcoal grilling a good steak for ~7 minutes a side (with a little salt, pepper, garlic, and butter of course).
