That is an expensive ring... I would be afraid to wear it. Mark: That drinks sounds good... not sure about the peach brandy but Smith and Cross + Shrubb sounds good. I happen to find some fresh mint and bourbon in the house so I decided to have a Mint Julep*. It was not a bad decision. *Although this does not live up to Al's Mint Julep with a punch (and I don't have any fancy glasses.... yet).

I am sure a mint julep with rye wouldn't suck.

Mine has a recipe for the Green Paradise: 3/10 green mint, 7/10 soda water. If I ever finish this bottle, I will buy the white. I guess I could brush my teeth with it, that should make it go faster.

What proportions did you use? I accidentally used a 3:1 ratio again. Maybe I should add more cognac.
