  1. Loved his movies. He had quite a range, being able to go from tightly sprung intensity to warmth and humor. The Conversation is one of my all-time favorites.

  3. I have had a 1UP for six years and just love it. I love that fact that the only parts of the bike it touches are the two tires. It's very sturdy and I have had zero problems with it. However, as Nate says, it has no built-in provisions for locking the bike. If that is important for you, you need to look elsewhere.

  5. John Field: Complete Nocturnes by Alice Sara Ott (2025) https://album.link/pg4pckdqkhgkf (I created an account - so I will start adding Qubuz to the ones when I post, this does not change the main page, it is a custom page. So I am not sure how long I will do this) Example: A lovely recording by Ott. Had me reading up on Field and his contribution to the Nocturne.

  6. So sorry for your loss, Todd. My thoughts are with you and Andrew and everyone else who loved Karen. Today is my late Mom's birthday, so every year now I will think of her and your lovely wife.

  7. RIP to my beautiful wife Karen Greenfield. She passed peacefully overnight, after we all said our goodbyes, as well as having other family and some friends talk to her on speakerphone as well. Thank you all for your compassion and kind words, and for letting me vent. Our son Andrew and I will of course go on, but there is already an ache I have, reflected in a large and emptier house. Please raise a glass at some point for her and our family, and think kindly on a wonderful and beautiful woman.
