Arrived yesterday and it really opens up every electrostatic headphone that I own. I was looking for an amp that can bring more bass out of my HE90 than HEV90 so I drained my pocket to bid on this and now I am very satisfied. The hev90 has a romantic sound but the t2 amplifies every piece of detail, expand the soundstage to what ever possible with extreme fineness and sweetness. Buying any head-fi gear at this price is ridiculous but considering the previous closing bid I think I got a fair deal. And it is so rare to have T2 being sold alone. I do not need another pair of omega so this deal saves me a lot of money. But this amp's functionality in long run is questionable. I hope my handful of obsolete FETs stock will save me some pain when I need to fix this in the future.14 points

Piper started calling her Jelly Bean and it seems to have stuck. Integration is going pretty well. Nutella seems wary of another female, but Marshmallow seems to have accepted her quickly. They play together a lot and Lauren sent me this earlier today. I’m happy to call that a win. And even though she’s still getting settled, there clearly isn’t too much drama. from yesterday…4 points

They are a bit more relaxed sounding and neutral to me. It's not a huge difference but the L500Mk2 gave a wow feeling for the first time in a long while when I first put them on. I just got them for the bloody cable... 😉1 point

Managed one test before blowing the fuse, which I cannot get locally, with the giant 2 inch spoil board flattening disc. Will probably just plug the spindle into its own circuit and love with plugging it in each time instead of running off the controller power supply. Finding the spoil board design to be lacking as I have too few t tracks. Might just use the base layer and screw/glue wood to the MDF, once the midget fuses finally arrive.1 point

Sorry for your troubles with the magic side table, Jeff. I've been meaning to post another plug for Doug's idea of waiting for a combo jointer/planer. I've been using my Hammer A3-31 in both modes to mill some maple and it is such a joy to use. It is very smooth to operate and the results are fantastic. The minor hassle of converting between modes is worth having both tools in one relatively small footprint. I'm sure it will take awhile to get one but it will be worth it. Speaking of maple, Steve and I have finished the miter saw station gave frames and drawer fronts. Very happy with the station and its functionality. Not measuring most cuts because of the StealthStop works great and is really precise. I also got a hose adapter so I could use the 2.5" hose with the Kapex.1 point

No issues. 1/2” and noise but it fought through until I could press one of the 70 emergency stop buttons. The funniest thing is I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out why Walnit was falling to the bottom shelf of the CNC cart before realizing my dust collector bag had split and was blowing chips onto the adjacent stand.0 points
