Leaderboard

Replacement pair arrived today, I'm still at work so I haven't tried them out yet, but they are at least a different (and newer) serial # then the ones I sent in. This pair is serial sz9-2251.

They're very territorial and like to hide in little caves of sort, but the dive guys know how to draw them out, mostly with food. You can get to within about 10 feet, but no closer or he'll jump out at you and then quickly repel. It's fascinating. Wish I had an underwater camera housing, but I don't dive often enough to justify the cost. Thankfully, the guy I go to see stays put and hasn't moved in years and years. In the open water, you MUST stay clear of them, or they WILL come and get you. Watch the video of this dude...

Nik thought it was the greatest thing ever made on God's green earth. Until he heard the K1000 and then that was the greatest thing ever on the planet ever made. And then he heard the HD600 and that was the be all end all. The best sound ever that he would never part with. Then he heard an Air Tight amp and the heavens opened up and he was attached to the great Buddha in the sky (it is a Japanese amp, after all). Then he heard JJ 300Bs and they were like electrical morphine. Then he heard Sophia Electric and there was a Chinese firedrill in his loins. Then he heard the Western Electric 300B and it was all over for him. His head exploded. His estate has been in probate ever since...
