  2. Nice, Mike. So, I got good news today. My cast was supposed to come off next Monday, but my doc's office called, and they want to close early, so I get my cast off on Friday. Yay! I've already scheduled my Calfee fitting for next Wednesday. Getting closer.........

  6. Nate, I agree. I'm definitely going to start slow, and I already have a trainer set up in my living room. I'm just excited to get my cast off. I'm going to make an appointment to get the Calfee fitted and get some pedals on it, so when I'm ready to ride, I'll have a nice new toy to try. This was a real wake up call for me, and I'm going to be taking extra precautions with my ankle in every way. First order of business is to drop poundage. I'm 12 pounds down since the accident. Only 30 more to go
